Tools of the Trade
Wigs, caps, camera, and a laptop. Apps we use are PicFX(iPhone), MS Paint, Autodesk SketchBook Pro 2011(Computer), and Windows Movie Maker. Our cameras vary from iPhone 4 to a Nikon, and some others in between, depending on what we have on hand.

Bara's Wig Story

Okay so, there's a funny story behind my England wig, and I thought I'd share.
So Maelstrom and I were looking through E-bay to find wigs. She wanted to cosplay America, and I wanted to be Canada. And of course, Canada is one of the hardest to get right, and most CA wigs don't look great. So we started looking at different blond wigs, looking for something that was long enough so I could cut it myself.
So eventually we came across an Alois Trancy wig. It was perfect. Pale blond down past the chin, leaving plenty of room for trimming and a curl. So of course I ordered it.

Yo, youngin's. What is the story with this here cosplay group, hmm? How did yall meet?
Well we're actually sisters ^u^ Just this June Maelstrom raised enough money for her birthday to get us both wigs. We were really inspired by other cosplay groups, and were anxious to start our own. We have another friend who wants to cosplay, and we'll add her as soon as she does.
We're not looking to add like a bunch of members, but if people want to join in on CMVs or something, they're totally welcome ^u^
That... that's so cute! :3c If you guys are closer to my area, I wouldn't mind joining (simply because I enjoy group cosplay! but it's easier when the group is within travel distance of eachother).
Though I can say when it comes to cosplay, I do it pretty infrequently because of college classes and work. At the moment I have neither in the way, but that will be changing soon.
Well all that aside, are you guys in the northern va area?
